Do your tours operate rain or shine?
Yes, our tours will continue to operate rain or shine. If there are Tornado
Warnings in effect you will be notified and the tour will be rescheduled.
What kind of clothes do I need to wear on the tours?
It is best to wear comfortable casual clothing that you will be able to move
around in. Flat shoes or tennis shoes are recommended for footwear as you may
be climbing stairs.
Can I bring my own personal paranormal/ghost hunting equipment?
Yes, you may bring your own personal equipment such as a hand help EVP or EMF
recorder or a camera. In some cases flash photography is not allowed. All cell
phones should be silenced as it may interrupt the others on the tour. You would
be responsible for your own equipment if it is lost or stolen.
Do you allow pets on the tours?
Pets are not allowed at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that everyone pre pay and register through our website and PayPal. This
way we know how many slots are taken and if the tours have filled to capacity.
The tours can be very popular and sometimes there may even be a waiting list for
others who want to join the tour. We ask that you contact us within 24 hours if
you will not be able to attend the tour. You will not be given a refund, but we will
give you a rain check to take a tour at a different time. If you are a no show then
you will not be given a refund.
Do I have to register for the tour online and prepay?
We ask that you prepay and register online. This way we are able to tell how
many people are going to be on the tour. If you do not have a credit card or a
way to pay online then we ask that you please call 205-305-5098 regarding this
situation to see if there is availability for the tour. If tours are not booked to
capacity there may be spaces available on the tour at the site of the event, but
again please call or text 205-305-5098 if you have any questions. Walk ups that
have not preregister will be taken on a first come first served basis 30 minutes
prior to the tour if there is availability.
